BHCA Budget Planning Process

BHCA's process to align budget request to actual spending to improve forecasting of budget requirements and reporting of BHCA expenditures.

To begin planning a community project use the attached Project Profile to capture the initial project scope, plan and identify the stakeholders. All projects should be planned and submitted for budget approval in coordination with the BHCA committee that has oversight responsibility (e.g., Parks and Amenities, Capital Maintenance, Master Plan…). As the plan for the project takes shape, additional documents such as the proposed schedule and initial quote should be included with the Project Profile.
